Men's Tennis Secures Win Over Georgetown

(CRESTVIEW HILLS, Ky.)-Thomas More University's men's tennis team defeated Georgetown on Saturday (Feb 21), 6-1. The Saints overall record improves to 4-2.

• Senior Raphael Delente (Chapet, France/Notre Dame Les Oiseaux) and junior Magnus Hauska (Taufkirchen, Germany/Gymnasium Oberhaching) fell 7-6 over Leo Schirmer and Alexander Stragier.
• Senior Samuel Mimbrero Lendinez (Madird Gaspar Sanz) and sophomore Camille Le Guellec (Treillieres, France/Cofab Ifom) won 6-2 over Luke Curry and Thomas Dwyer.
• Sophomore Reggie Bechtel (Flatwoods, KY Paul G. Blazer) and sophomore Bernat Coll Ballester (Sant Cugat Del Vallès/Escola Lleó XIII) defeated Zachary Thompson and Kerman Aramayo Ayastuy.

• Raphael Delente won 6-4 and 6-4 over Leo Schirmer.
• Magnus Hauska defeated Alexander Stragier won 7-6 and 7-6.
• Camille Le Guellec fell to Zachary Thompson 4-6, 6-4, and 1-6.
• Sophomore Tammo Kreiser (Darmstadt, Germany/Justus Liebig Schule) won 6-4 and 7-6 over Rex Roof.
• Bernat Coll Ballester defeated Thomas Dwyer 4-6, 7-5, and 6-4.
• First year Jaume Boucher took down Dallas Baker 6-1 and 6-0.

The Saints return Friday (Feb 27) at UIndy  beginning at 1:00 pm ET.
