Women's Tennis Defeats Freed-Hardeman, 4-3

(CRESTVIEW HILLS, Ky.) – The Thomas More University women's tennis team defeated Freed-Hardeman University, 4-3, today (Friday, April 2, 2021) in a Mid-South Conference match inside Five Seasons Sports Club.

• Sophomore Kimberly Sabga (Marval, Trinidad and Tobago/International School of Port of Spain) fell, 6-2, 6-1.
• Senior Matison Perry (Union, Ky./Ryle) fell 7-6, 5-7, 6-4 at No. 2.
• First-year Raman Dail (North Hollywood, Calif./Walton-Verona (Ky.)) won 6-2, 6-1 at No. 3.
• First-year Cassie Saner (Independence, Ky./Simon Kenton) was a 6-0, 6-2 winner at No. 4.
• First-year Aman Dail (North Hollywood, Calif./Walton-Verona (Ky.)) won 6-4, 6-4 at No. 5.
• First-year Sydney Johnson (Independence, Ky./St. Henry District) fell 6-4, 3-6, 1-0 (10-7) at No. 6.

• Sabga and Perry fell 6-1 at No. 1.
• No. 2 pair of Saner and Raman Dail won 6-1.
• No. 3 tandem of Aman Dail and Johnson won 6-4.

• The Saints return to action on Saturday (April 3) when they host Bethel (Tenn.) University at 3 p.m. at Five Seasons Sports Club.
