(COLUMBIA, Ky.) – The Thomas More University women's tennis team fell, 6-1, to 16th-ranked Lindsey Wilson College today (Monday, April 12, 2021) in its regular season finale in Columbia, Kentucky.
- Sophomore Kimberly Sabga (Marval, Trinidad and Tobago/International School of Port of Spain) fell 6-0, 6-1 at No. 1.
- Senior Matison Perry (Union, Ky./Ryle) fell 6-0, 6-1 at No. 2.
- First-year Cassie Saner (Independence, Ky./Simon Kenton) fell 6-0, 6-1 at No. 3.
- First-year Aman Dail (North Hollywood, Calif./Walton-Verona (Ky.)) fell 6-0, 6-0 at No. 4.
- First-year Sydney Johnson (Independence, Ky./St. Henry District) won 0-6, by retirement at No. 5.
- First-year Madi Carle (Cincinnati, Ohio/Mercy McAuley) fell 6-0, 6-1 at No. 6.
- No. 1 tandem of Sabga and Perry fell 6-0.
- Saner and Dail fell 6-1 at No. 2.
- Johnson and Carle fell 6-0 at No. 3.
- The Saints return to the courts on Thursday (April 15) when they compete in the first day of the Mid-South Conference Championship in Owensboro, Kentucky.
- Mid-South will be releasing tournament brackets later tonight or tomorrow.
