- No. 1 tandem of first-year Fernando Martin Paz (Brunete, Madrid/Alcala) and sophomore Sergio San Pablo (Madrid, Spain/Valdefuentes) fell 6-0.
- First-year Juan Villagrana Francisco (Cordoba, Veracrus/TEC de Monterrey) and senior Jared Haught (Edgewood, Ky./Covington Catholic) fell 7-6 (7-3) at No. 2.
- No. 3 pair of junior Gavin Dail (North Hollywood, Calif./Van Nuys) and senior Brandon Kwok (Sugar Land, Texas/Stephen F. Austin) fell 6-1.
- Dail fell 6-2, 6-4 at No. 1
- Martin Paz fell 6-4, 2-6, 6-1 at No. 2.
- San Pablo fell at No. 3 by the score of 6-2, 6-2.
