(CRESTVIEW HILLS, Ky.) – The Thomas More University women's tennis team fell, 7-0, tonight (Saturday, February 8, 2020) to NCAA Division I member Northern Kentucky University indoors at the Five Seasons Sports Club in Crestview Hills, Kentucky.
- The Saints fell to 2-2 on the season, while the Norse improved to 3-2.
- Senior Brooke Warden (Edgewood, Ky./Dixie Heights) won a set at No. 1 singles before falling 6-4, 4-6, 1-0 (10-5).
- Sophomore Alyssa Dowdell (Vine Grove, Ky./North Hardin) battled at No. 4 singles, but fell 6-1, 6-2.
- Thomas More will return to action next Saturday (February 15) when it hosts Covenant College at 4:30 p.m. at Five Seasons Sports Club.
