Women's Cross Country Finishes Second at Evansville Invitational

(EVANSVILLE, Ind.) - The Thomas More University women's cross country team finished second in the Non-Division I section of the Evansville Invitational in Evansville, Indiana.  The Saints finished sixth overall at the event with 205 points.

  • All five Saints that ran placed in the top-50 in the meet. 
  • Junior Natalie Kleier lead the way for the Saints, placing 25th overall with a final time of 20:06.0.
  • First-year Anna Celenza crossed the line next for the Saints, coming in 38th place overall with a final time of 23:16.0.
  • Junior Dominique Webber placed 45th overall with a final time of 25:54.9.
  • Sophomore Maggie Harris and first-year Sammie Kleier crossed the finish line together for a time of 27:33.4, finishing for 48th and 49th place. 

  • The Saints finish out the season on Nov. 10 when they compete in the NCAA Division III Regional.
